This page explains clearly how Singasong handles information submitted through website forms, bookings and orders.
Who controls your data
The data controller is Singasong s.r.o., company ID 24464414. You can contact us at info@singasong.cz, on +420 777 949 667, or at our studio at Olšanská 55/5, 130 00 Prague 3, Czech Republic.
What we use and why
We process information you submit, particularly your name, email, phone number, selected service, availability, message and any attachment. We use it to answer enquiries, arrange lessons, process orders and payments, prepare vouchers and handle teacher applications.
Legal basis
Booking and order data is processed to take steps before entering into a contract and to perform a contract. General enquiries and job applications are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying and selecting suitable collaborators. Accounting and payment data is also retained to meet legal obligations.
How long we keep information
- general enquiries for no longer than 12 months,
- booking and client information for the duration of our work together and no longer than 3 years afterwards,
- unsuccessful teacher applications for no longer than 6 months unless we agree otherwise,
- accounting and payment records for the period required by law.
Service providers
We use Vercel and Google Workspace services (Apps Script, Sheets and Gmail) to operate the website and forms, and Stripe for card payments. These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area using appropriate legal safeguards.
Cookies and measurement
The new website currently uses no marketing or analytics cookies. If we enable them in the future, they will only be used according to the visitor's consent choice.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, request restricted processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us at info@singasong.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection at uoou.gov.cz.
